Since February 2020, the Swedish Transport Workers’ Union and foodora have been in negotiations for a collective agreement that covers the company’s operations, including bicycle and moped bids. The collective agreement is now ready and applies from 1 April 2021. The agreement will regulate the terms of more than 2,000 food service employees.
The collective agreement is the first in Sweden where one party is a so-called platform company.
